If the item that you have ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched from our studio within 24 hours (on working days). If you live in the Netherlands we strive to deliver your order to you within 1-2 working days. If you live in the EU, we strive to deliver your order to you within 1-3 working days. Yes. You can arrange with one of our jewellery experts the best suitable time for you to collect your order from our Amsterdam studio here.
If you want to return your purchase you can do so within 30 days after the order has been delivered to the delivery address.
Please contact our jewellery experts here and they will arrange a collection for the items you would like to return to us. If you would like to exchange your order our jewellery experts can also assist you. If you would like a refund we will process this back to the original payment method.
Yes. If you would like to send your items to different addresses, please leave instructions in the notes at checkout, or contact our jewellery experts who will be able to assist with your request.
All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or bank account. Refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Product & Personalisation
Personalisation is possible on certain pieces. Should you have any special requests, please contact us.
All pieces that are not available can be made to order. The lead time for these pieces is 6-8 weeks. You can place an order online, and our jewellery experts will be in contact directly to advise exact delivery times.
To find out your ring size, we advise you to order a ring sizer.
Packaging & Gifting
Your piece will be placed in a Bibi van der Velden box, which includes a locally handmade jewellery pouch, certificate of authenticity, and care instructions for the piece. We endeavour to reduce our plastic use, so your order is sent in a carton box with no plastic fillings.
Yes. You may leave a personal message in our notes section at checkout and we will include this in the order on a Bibi van der Velden card.
My Bibi van der Velden Account
Creating a Bibi van der Velden online account will allow you to track your online order directly. It will also allow you to check-out faster next time you shop, as you will not need to re-enter your personal data.
