Shipping & Returns
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
For pieces that are available immediately, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of your order. If a piece is not in stock, customer care will inform you about the estimated production and delivery times. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification with estimated delivery time and tracking details. Orders are sent via FedEx or DHL.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your new jewellery piece, you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to exchange or return it. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address free of charge.
Please make sure all items are returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. A sale will be deemed final if the item is used or incomplete.
Upon return, all products are screened by our in-house expert before granting a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without refund.
